Refrigerator Repaired
He did a great job. So grateful for his work. He was on time, explained everything perfectly and finished quickly. We are so happy to have a working fridge again.

Great service
Although my window was 8 to 12, my time kept changing, which actually worked better for me. Ramon did call to touch base with me and that was nice. Ramon was very nice, cordial and got to work immediately on my dishwasher. As it turned out, he had the parts on board and was able to have the slides fixed in fifteen minutes. Just like repairs use to be back in the " old days". Not having to schedule an appointment with a tech to find out what was wrong, then having to order parts and wait for them to be shipped and then finally to schedule the installation can take a couple of weeks or in several of my experiences several months. Having a same day repair is really a blessing. Ramon is very experienced and knowledgeable. Definitely one of the good guys! Thanks!

Completely Competent and a Good Communicator
He was completely competent. He gave us 20 minutes warning before he arrived (he called us on the phone). Most importantly, he fixed the problem when he got here on his second visit, after correctly diagnosing (on his first visit) the replacements parts needed. Our water softener is working properly again. We would definitely want him again.
