4/22/2025 The part has arrived today. We are waiting for Robert to return and do repair still Robert has been very thoughtful about trying to get the repairs done as needed, in spite of the numerous times the scheduling has been changed by the service center without our knowledge or approval. The txt messages are faulty as they do not allow us to send a confirmation π THE DELAYS have cost us &200+ in laundromat fees since July just for washing!!! We paid for warranty service and it is not right we should be out these expenses. Now we have to wait until 4/21/25 before repairs AGAIN!

Lawson was great! He understood the conditions of the freezer due to the compressor failing and thought it would be best for a full replacement as itβs to unsanitary .
