Product for Samsung Fridge
The back button for water & ice stays stuck And we either get all wet or ice is all over the floor. Sears can never get it right!!!

Dish Washer Repair
The technician replaced the gasket around the door. It was too big and hung loose at the end about 5 inches. Now that it is dangling loose, it is being pulled away and no longer installed on the inside of the dish washer.

whirlpool refrigerator service
he is good at his job, but unfortunately the whirlpool refrigerator decided to breakdown again after one day. I thank him for his work, but after 4 month without a refrigerator I WAS TOLD THAT SEARS WILL HONOR OUR WARRANTY AND SEND US INFORMATION ON GETTING A REPLACEMENT REFRIGORATOR TO HONOR OUR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT. Arrived late
My scheduled time was 10-2 I cleared that slot in my day and he didn't show up until about 2:45 a message letting me know that he was running late would've been nice. When he finally showed up he was kind of rude saying that my refrigerator door wasn't working cause my floor wasn't level and kind of annoying adjusted the fridge and said "that's all" I'm sorry had I know it was something so simple I wouldn't of bothered him to come out and would have done it myself. He was in and out of my house in less then 10 minutes every question I asked he would say my floor is not level he suggested to put a piece of wood under to level it but was kind of rude about it. Listen I wasn't my fault you were behind maybe work on your customer service skills
