Our Technician was knowledgeable, kind, had excellent experience and excellent customer service skills. If I had to rate him on a scale of 1 to 100 he definitely would get a 100 percent rating from me!! He was very well trained and knew his way around the appliance, he was up front and forthcoming. Jose N was good. Do not have an issue with him. However my second appointment was for 9-22-23 B/T 8-12 set by the first tech that came out previous. I Took the day off and NOBODY SHOWED, CALLED OR MESSAGED. Try to call the number listed. It's a joke no live person. Had to reschedule for the following day. I should charge you for my time I missed from work.
