Ice Maker
Great job fixed the ice maker. This is a huge improvement for Sears who in the past never brought parts to repair the appliance on the first visit but made you wait for another appointment to receive the parts to fix you appliance.

Stove switch replacement
Austin was great with his customer service and care. He would called and give and give an estimation arrival time and usually got here at that time. He looked over the problem and was able to fix the problem once he figured out what was wrong. He did a great job on this job and getting our switch fixed.

Austin is the BEST!!
Austin communicated very well before, during and after the service. My only complaint was with Sears and not Austin. The first appointment I had, no one showed up and I don't have a problem with that, but no one called me. I only received a text that my service had been completed (which it had not).

Broken Ice maker
It still doesn't make ice.7/12/2024. Not one cube has dropped, I don't think I've heard any water filling the unit. Maybe the wrong part was ordered.
