Technician Miguel was very professional and knowledgeable. He had our oven up and running within one appointment! However, the appliance warranty/customer service experience was less than desirable. We started the process at end of Dec 2024, the issue was finally resolved after 8 cancelled/no show appointments. 03/05/2025

These 5 stars are for Lawson, the tech who came to my house. My entire experience with Sears has been awful! But Lawson was the only honest, kind, hard worker I’ve experienced in the last 4 weeks it’s taken me to get my refrigerator fixed! Without him it never would have happened. The customer service on the phone and the other techs were all useless. Thank you Lawson for taking your time, having pride in what you do, and putting customers first.
