Sears Techs are the best!
The techs sent out by Sears Home services are the best. They are very knowledgeable due to the amount of calls they make. And unlike an independent tech you find on Google, or elsewhere, these guys show up and don't leave you hanging. Jose was super helpful explaining the issue. He showed me all the steps he took to arrive to the conclusion, and then gave me a rundown of all the options available to me. Jose is a first class tech, representing the parent company very well.
