Great Job Gagik - Do better Sears
Gagik was great but the entire sears process was stressful. It took three times to finally get a technician to fix the issue. Jose G was horrible, didn't knock and didn't stop when was honked at and just went about his business. People have to take work off and pay someone to be available and sears does not take this into account. Do better Sears!

Hot Water Heater
Sergio was here within the time frame assigned by Sears. He knew his job and did the work quickly. Fortunately it was only that the pilot light had gone out. He explained it could be the wind or the gardener could be using a blower near the water heater or something else which I don't remember. It's wonderful to have hot water again.

Washer, dryer and refrigerator
Juan did an excellent job on all three appliances...washer, dryer and refrigerator. He is extremely knowledgeable of the workings for all three appliances. He checked everything very thoroughly and used a couple of different tools I'd never seen used before to check the efficiency of the three. Sears is lucky to have him as an employee. It was very easy to make the appointments for these items BUT for my hot water heater, which is not heating, it was extremely hard to make the appointment. Finally got a dept. for repair technicians in the Philippines who made an appointment for today, Thursday, but on Thursday a young lady at Sears called to say they'd have to cancel the appointment and the next available will be on Saturday (no Friday appointments were available)!

REFRIGERATOR
We have a very old, and still working well, refrigerator. Juan checked every possible way to make certain it was working to full capacity. He cleaned the coils and, as much as possible, the floor under the refrigerator. He made certain all was working well plus explaining the proper way to change and how to check to see if filaments are not the cause for the light bulbs when they go out as well as where to purchase a special paint for an area on the refrigerator which definitely needs 'sprucing up'. He took the extra step to do his job capably and extremely well. Sears is fortunate to have Juan as an employee.
