Problem solved
Christopher called and said he would be arriving in 20-30 minutes, which he did. He serviced the dryer quickly and explained what needed to be fixed. I appreciated that I was able to get the appointment so fast.

Chris was professional, courteous, Knowledgeable , and efficient in the diagnosis and repair. He ordered parts that came within a few days so that the next appointment could be scheduled only a week after diagnosis. Repairs are completed and cooling seems to be good again.
