Parts were rec'd, and Cliff was successful installing all parts for our new Ice Maker, and all seems to be going well. We'll need 24 hours to totally tell, but it's making ice and all seems well.

Juan inspected our furnace to ensure it is ready for winter. He was very thorough and even provided info on keeping the drain clear. In the many years we've had technicians perform a maintenance check, he was the only one to provide this additional info that will help our furnace to last for many more years.
