Benny was very friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He gave us great information since we declined to have our refrigerator repaired for what the cost would be verse a new one, He told us what to look for on a new one on what to look for in a new refrigerator. If Sears was still open, we would have gone to them to buy a new one. I would welcome Benny back in our home for repairs in the future.

I was very impressed with Isaac Z. he called before he left to drive the 1 1/2 hrs to our cabin and asked exactly what the refrigerator was or wasn't doing so he could get its repaired the same day. Very efficient, thorough, polite and didn't waste any time. Thank you, Karen G

Heater unit repair
Your technician is excellent. Your communication and order department are the worse I have had in 15 years plus with your service. I requested service since November 15 its been a month and a half and just today December 26 they came to install. My husband is in a wheelchair and had to endure the cold. I am very disappointed to say the least.
