Very knowledgeable. even showed me I had a second ice maker. None of the others did. My main complaint is the amount of emails I get. I think about 7, this time

Overall rating
Justice was a very nice young man, and put up with me standing behind him asking questions. He explained what he was doing, and 15 minutes later he was done. And he left me his number in case I had any problems, which I haven't since he fixed it!
