Pedro did an excellent job in repairing my fridge. But I was very dissatisfied with in scheduling delays (it took over one month of rescheduling to finally get my fridge repaired.) Do a better job of keeping your word.

it took 6 mos to get my oven repaired!!! all sears had to do was send out a sears service tech ... not a out source company ... michael has restored my faith in sears !!!! very nice and new what he was doing !!!! thank you so much micheal!!!! sears please get back to sending your people out for service !!!!
