Technicians and Service Warranty
The technicians are good, but it is very difficult to get an appointment, you must sign up on the internet with the site not always working correctly. If the part is not available to be mailed to you they do not tell you the appointment is cancelled. It might take several weeks to get the part. If you call a number sometimes you can talk to someone, but it does not always help. Very disappointing.

LG/Kenmore Compressor repair.
Pedro worked hard and deserves/earned the coveted 5 stars. Please know his work and Sears warehouse, craftsmanship, and customer service are a totally different story. I pray you continue to read. It has taken almost 3 weeks to get the repair due to the technicians being so booked. That should reverberate inside your walls that the compressors and products to build material are substandard. Plus, your warehouse sent the wrong part of a two part order. LG warrants the compressors for 10 years but who pays for those that fail well before the 10 year service life. Who covers the repair bill I just paid? Plus you need to know the new compressor which weighs what 15/20 pounds was shipped in a single wall cardboard box. Is that the packaging design so you know it will not last its design/service life? I do apologize as I am thankful for the repair and Pedro but the journey to get here was exasperating! My prayer is the new compressor which looks substandard will last at least another 4/5 years. But imagine you have design life requirements and reliability studies showing the compressors are not surviving the LG 10 year warranty. I pray you will get with your packaging engineer and teach them that any article weighing as much as a compressor should never be sent in a single wall cardboard box. What damage was incurred due to transportation/shipping?? BTW, Pedro did a fine job but only time will tell how long this repair lasts. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

Thanks to Pedro - he showed up and fixed our ice maker and fridge. I have no use for Sears Repairs and their telephone system recordings and no person answering! Thank you Pedro!!!
