Happy with William
I am happy with Willam. He did an excellent job. I am very dissatisfied with the overall company though. I was approved for a refrigerator replacement on 6/20. I was told that I would hear back in 3-5 days. It is now 7/12 and I have heard nothing. I paid my warranty and my refrigerator became unrepairable. The paperwork was approved but the phone operator said they were just trying to figure how much to give me for the replacement. You have my correct email and phone number so I don't know why someone has not contacted me. If this neglect continues I will never be using this company again. Also, I recommend to friends and family to use another repair service because you do not treat your customers well.
