Rich was Amazing!
Rich was very courteous & answered all my questions in a way I easily understood. He was even kind enough to send me images of my A/C specific info for my records! His arrival was prompt, & he even cleaned up the mess he'd created while diagnosing the problem. I will definitely ask for him in the future, should the need arise.

Attention to Detail - Finding the Real Problem
It took 3 trips and 2 different technicians, but it appears that I finally have a working ice maker. The first technician had to make 2 trips and did not do a very good job of figuring out what was really wrong. On the day of the latest service call, a new technician was assigned and this one took the time to really troubleshoot and figure out what was needed. Didn't need to order more unnecessary parts. I don't like that the system holds you "hostage" by only providing a 8-5 window for them to arrive. The website to check on where the technician is, does not work worth a darn. One of the first times I looked, I was 8 stops away and said the technician would be there in less than 2 hours. That is pretty bogus information and it kept changing thoroughout the day. I even went up and down with where I was in the list of stops.
