Dishwasher problem

Great Service
Ice Maker not working - Technicians scheduled a visit the very next day. Showed up on time and were professional and courteous. The replaced the ice maker on the spot and performed the work in a timely manner. Kept their work area clean and confirmed the machine was working before they left. Refrigerator/Freezer repairs are never cheap, but this company performed the repairs efficiently and quickly.

Glenn did a great job. He was very thorough and got the job done. He also gave us some great advice for our washer when we asked about a current issue. We'll definitely seek his services again for our other appliances. I would trust him to take care of my items.

The repairman was very diligent searching for the problem, and finally found it after ruling out several things. When he gave me the estimate, it was more expensive than I wanted to pay for a 14-year old refrigerator. He told me the life expectancy of a frig today, and that helped me decide not to have the repair done, but to buy a new one.

William was great
Your company policies need a huge overhaul. Having a time frame from 8 to 5 is bad enough, but I would think the first thing in the morning the tech should have a route and be able to call customers and give them a two hour time frame. This is only professional and respectful to your customers. I had to wait until 2:30 on Saturday to be told he would not be by til 5:24. Whole day ruined when I could have done something. After waiting til 5:24, I did not receive call till after five thirty and did not see tech till after six. This is not the techs fault but management. Please make changes.
