Inspection of Home Air Conditioning
Sears technician was on time as he had scheduled and provided the necessary inspection as no work was required and provided the necessary advice concerning the installation of a new battery in the thermostat every twelve months Please note the name on my account should be changed from Jan McClain to Chuck McClain as my wife has passed away.

Refrigerator Repair
Sears Home Services was able to schedule a technician for next day service when our fridge broke down during the evening. The tech was on time, efficient, and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issues within minutes. We needed to order a part which was shipped directly to me within a few days and we scheduled a return call to instal it the day after the part arrived. Installation was completed within an hour and we we back up and running- this was great service done as quickly as possible with friendly, helpful techs who knew what they were doing. I'm calling Sears for al my appliance repair needs.
