Brandon arrived per schedule (8 am-5pm on paper, but 8am-12pm as requested during phone reservation). He found coils to be very dusty and dirty and vacuumed them. He indicated that he has same difficulties with the Sears Service scheduling app as we have, which wastes much of his time. (That app needs to be significantly improved or Sears can kiss a lot of customers goodbye.) The dependence on AI is unfortunate. He also spent more than half his time with us removing the protective film from the right side refrigerator door, which should have been removed before it was installed by another Sears technician 4 years ago (due to a low voltage electrical wiring issue).
