Nathan was exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole repair prices. He was quickly able to identify the problem and took his time to explain everything that he was doing. I understand he did not have to do that and went out of this way to explain the process. Polite and gentlemanly service too.

Nathan is courtious, knowlegable and prompt. He showed up on time for appointments and was able to diagnose the problems quickly. The 3 month delay between finding the problem and getting the parts to fix it was not his fault. The fridge cools properly now. Thank you for the great service.

Nathan has been stellar. It took 4 visits over months to correct our issue, but that is attributed to my home warranty and faulty repair parts. Had the warranty company listened to Nathan, the problem would have been addressed after the first visit.
