Michael took time to check all aspects of the dryer to make sure everything was working, not just the parts he replaced. He then took the time to explain things we could do to make sure the dryer was performing at its best. this was even thought he was working past 7 P.M.

The tech was great but...
The tech that actually showed up this time was great but the overall service sucked. This is the 4th time we have had a scheduled appointment. The first three times the "arrival time" of the tech changed multiple times and then no show... and another email saying "you've been rescheduled for 3 weeks later" this happened 3 times. I guess 4 times is the charm? Caveat Emptor.
