Kevin came out and diagnosed my Samsung refrigerator so that I could get it repaired under the warranty. He kept in touch before hand so I would know exactly when he would arrive. He was very professional and as soon as Samsung approves the repair I will be happy to have him to come and do the repairs! Thank you Sears!
