Nathan was on time and did the repair quickly. He was very friendly and polite. Nothing to do with Nathan or the repair but a suggestion. I knew the ice maker did not work when I called for service. At that time it would have been good if the repair dept put a new ice maker on the truck. It would have saved a second trip for the repair person. This goes for any item or broken part requiring a service call. Just saying it could help both the tech and the customer. What do you think?
