Mike was very cordial and was able to address the issue with my gas conversion stove to propane and an issue with my dishwasher. Very professional demeanor and knowledgeable. Any appliance issues one may have, cut through the chase and go for the best the mountain has to offer. Reasonable too!

PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED!
The problem has NOT BEEN RESOLVED. We waited two weeks for service on our refrigerator. Now we need to have the serviceman return and we are being told we will have to wait another 4 weeks to have him return. That's simply not acceptable. Your scheduling is horrible so what do we do with food that needs refrigeration? What good is your EXPENSIVE MASTER SERVICE PLAN when you can't get HELP when you need it?
