The Tech Mirsad fixed our washer.
Mirsad, Sears Tech came and fixed our washer. There were some parts that were loose that needed to be tightened and he explained to us the proper way to load the washer. He is a true professional and a gentleman, and how he presented himself to my mother Francesca and explained to her in a very respectful way how to properly load the washer. I give him five stars for being a great tech

Jacob was Awesome!!! Communication with the company was very disappointing. There needs to be a better way to confirm receipt of parts. I had to wait an additional two weeks because the company failed to confirm.
