Dishwasher fix
He took his time. Showed us the defective wiring that could have led to a short or fire. Would highly praise his expertise and communicating with my husband and me.

Charles did a great job, friendly, professional and efficient. Have no complaints at all about him or his work. 5 stars is for Charles Sears service phone system- 1 star My complaint is with Sears themselves. Had dr appts I was working around and scheduled for the 1-5 time frame for both washer and dryer repairs to accommodate our appointment schedule. Well, on the morning of service at 7:30 am, received a text that our service would be from 8-12 so rushed home from 8 am dr appt, had to reschedule other appt (with a specialist so now a month away😠). After all that, tech got here at 1:52. Service for dryer has been rescheduled for Friday 1-5 and had asked for a phone call if they needed to reschedule but that didn't happen and impossible to actually reach a human being when you call the number provided. Sears used to be amazing but sadly that ship has sailed. They don't seem to understand or care that people have jobs, kids etc.

Frozen ice maker
Jose came and put on the part needed and resolved the problem. It could not be fixed over the phone so it was great he was able to come and install the tube to prevent freeze up of the water to the ice maker.

Very pleasant and knowledgable. Made sure our oven worked before he left which was much appreciated. Appreciated being able to track the service time so we had an idea of the arrival time.
