Service Superstar
It dealing with Home Warranty vendors is a real challenge but Kory was friendly, one time, professional and very thorough with his inspection and attempted repair of the unit. He kept me apprised of what was going on durning his visit to the home. He understands the process of home warranty and was able to explain to me what was going to happen and what I could possibly expect moving forward. He is a rare technician in today's sea of technicians!

Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing . Very pleased with service. The method of setting up and communicating with Sears Home Service is horrible but the service call itself today was great.

He was great
JC was great, Choice home warranty not so much. Part of this fiasco was Sears original tech using you tube to get a clue- and got it wrong. I fired Choice just now for denying claim by JC, I'd fire the first tech you sent too out at least make him a helper vs front line
