Dryer repair
Dan was extremely professional and experienced. He was helpful and letting me know what had to happen with the electrical panel that controls my dryer. He believes the power was a problem, but if reinstated and the dryer still doesn't work, there may be other ways to fix it. Again, he was extremely helpful and informative. Hopefully I get him if I have problems in the future.

The serviceman versus Sears.
The service man who came do the repair was top-notch one of the best as for Sears and their customer service. The worst I've ever had their system is trash. But my service repairman was excellent.
