Showed up unprepared for the job and didn't really care
Showed up late for the job and didn't have the basic tools to complete the job. Sears home service is always a struggle we used them for refrigerator repair and were extorted for an additional part that was not covered because Sears would not replace the bad part without an additional new part being installed. It was a take it or leave it attitude. Request another vender if you get sears assigned to home warranty claim

AC repair
No one showed up at my house to fix my AC. So of course I'm going to do a bad review since my AC still does not work. I waited at the house until I received the request for a review on work that was not performed.

Home Warranty Claim Not Resolved
A&E/Sears was not able to repair it on site or by ordering parts (not available). Our claim was not resolved. We were told by the technician that he would communicate his findings accordingly to Choice Home Warranty. They closed the claim, so we assume A&E/Sears dropped the ball or communicated incorrect information.

Refrigerator repair
Would not make the repairs because the refrigerator was a scratch and dent and the company we bought it from removed the stickers with the model number and serial number but the numbers are on the side of the refrigerator. This is the second time they were sent for refrigerator repair. Choice Home Warranty has reissued the work order to a different company!!

Worst repair man ever
He didn't even knock on our door to ask what the problem was. Just decided since i was on 2nd floor that he wouldn't be able to access the roof and drove away. We've been waiting for a repair for 3 weeks and now probably gonna wait at least another week.
