He Fixed My Dryer Shut Down Issue
Gerardo quickly determined the cause of my dryer shutdown and ordered the necessary parts to fix the problem. He scheduled the next appointment to install the parts and completed the repair in about an hour or so. He even cleaned out my clogged dryer vent. So now I should have a good as new dryer without having to buy a new one saving me a lot of money. Thanks Gerardo!

AC repair
My AC couldn't be repaired. I don't know what is going to be done now. My home warranty never gave Sears the report from the work that was done just 2 months ago. But that is not Joe's fault When he left he left my front door open.

Ac checkup
Richard changed out one item that wasn't providing 100% service on the fan. However, the irregular sound from the ac unit is still apparent. He suggested why with maybe a motor on the unit and said maybe no issues, but the irregular sound is still annoying inside. I HOPE it doesn't result in failure not apprennt until after our extreme heat is past.

From phone call experience I did not appreciate his response about my credit card like he acted like He didn't believe and had to tell him several time then to check with office ? like I was lying to him he was more concern about payment then explaining more detail of problem I deal with Technicians all the time I have serval homes but makes not to use

Refrigerator repair # 3
We first requested a refrigerator repair through Choice Home Warranty at the end of July. It took two weeks for Roy to come to our home. He said he had to order parts and we waited three weeks for that repair after the part arrived at our home. He did not fix the leak. After a few weeks, he came again and did some more work. The refrigerator still leaks. We need a third repair. Please finish the job, as it has been at least six weeks of problems.
