Angel was prompt on time and polite. She was knowledgeable regarding my repair needs and went right to work. As a customer, she educated me on my product and respected my home being careful not to leave a mess ! I would definitely recommend her.

Eric was great!
Eric arrived on time and immediately diagnosed our air conditioner problem. Was in and out in less than an hour and we now have a cool house. He was very professional and personable…he even put up with our exuberant young golden retriever! 😊

Great Tech
Angel has been out here every year since 2011 to inspect and/or service our Kenmore Water Softener. Today she came back to install parts she ordered on her last visit and virtually rebuilt our unit. Aside from being a top tech she is a very nice person.

Victor was communicative all day on the schedule for his day and arrival which was so nice since Sears gives an 8-hr window. He arrived and was very nice and knew the situation right away. He also gave tips on upkeep for our 7+ year old washer and dryer units. Much appreciated!
