John's service of my oven
I am very pleased with John and his service. He kept me informed and although he did not have the part we needed, he told me when to expect him back. I now have a working oven again!!!!! Thank you, John

Refrigerator Repair
Daniel came first thing Monday morning. We spent just a few seconds explaining the problem and he knew right away what to do. He was friendly, efficient, and seem to have the whole thing handled within a short time.

Great Service
On time, fast and efficient. Promptly diagnosed the problem and contacted the home warranty company. Received some confusing emails from Sears immediately following his visit which didn't seem consistent with what he told me would happen next.

The service was great, Daniel was very professional and friendly. The parts were ordered and delivered to our house, and the coordination of the service was perfect. My only suggestion would be to limit the number of text messages and email messages. But that is just my opinion as I am already very organized. I will use your services again without question.

Dryer repair
replaced worn dryer parts. Checked four other appliances. Would have appreciated if he had vacuumed behind my refrigerator, although he said it looked clean. I expect to have someone vacuum for next year's maintenance check.
