Taylor called before coming, let me know his arrival time, Taylor was on time, personable, courteous and professional Taylor listened to my description of symptoms, asked pertinent questions Taylor checked out oven functions, identified problem, had correct replacement part on truck, quickly/efficiently removed/replace faulty ignitor, check oven operation and cleaned up work area Taylor is an asset to your company.

Microwave repair
Finally got our microwave repaired. Through no fault of Allen, it just took so long to get the parts in and then one came in damaged. But once all the parts were here Allen did a great job!
