Taylor was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and skillful. Taylor finished the job in a timely manner and when I offered a couple of questions regarding a future purchase of a refrigerator/freezer for another property I own he gave great advise in picking out the type of refrigerator/freezer that would best suit my needs.

This was John's 2nd visit only because on his 1st visit he realized what was needed to fix the issue. He scheduled the next visit on his own and he came out with another Tech and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. Very personable, neat and worked well with us.
