Ross came after the promised phone call that he was on the way. He was polite and attentive of the problem.. accomplished the repair, calibrated the oven in a professional manner, and answered all my questions. I was/am very pleased the repair service I received from Sears and Assurance warranty service were true to their promises.

He didn't have us respond at the front door at around 8:50am, so left a note on the front door. When I called a couple hours later, he said he was in Paulden ( far away) and would try to get back to us today— he and Ross did by 4– great customer service. Above and beyond.

Ross was quick and knowledgeable. Upon completion his diagnosis I informed him that I had an extended warranty and would need to use that due to repair cost. He was very understanding and put the unit back together. I am waiting for a written diagnosis and cost from Sears.
