Everything was explained describing the repair, I actually viewed the broken part. Technician and I discussed the replacement of belt. All costs were reviewed before agreeing to the repairs. I had sufficient notice from Sears home services and from Eli of arrival time. Great experience. I'm satisfied. I recommend using this service.
