He did very well on everything I thought
Everything went very well he did a great job !! But it took too long to get an appointment with the refrigerator being out there should have been a more timely appointment.

Steven was great! He was right on time & easily identifiable as the Sears repair person I was expecting! He allowed me to make decisions & choices from the very beginning. I felt he was honest & upfront with options for me, which is the most important thing for me. I will absolutely use Sears again & again & again!!

Excellent Experience
Steve is an outstanding person and technician. His interaction with my daughter is priceless. Such a kind hearted person. He's professional in every since of the word. He made sure that he checked everything twice to ensure a quality experience. We appreciate him for that my daughter gave him a flower and he still has it to this day. He told her "I'll cherish it forever." And when he came to finish the repair. He said, "I still have your daughter's flower," just heartfelt. I could say more but that's it for now. We had a priceless experience. I highly commend him because he's what any company would want in a representative.

I have had four tech to come repair same problem today Mr. Greg removed and clean out drain tube in back. He said this could be the problem. He was very professional and willing to explain the issue. I rate Mr. Greg 10 out of 10 for service performed today. Thanks Mr. Roy
