Repairmen got our refrigerator fixed in a resonable amount of time. Had to figure out the problem. Cleaned up afterwards. Explained the problems in easy to understand terms. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Service on my Refrigerator
Brian was great. He was a 5+. However the company is another thing. I have to be available from 1 pm to 5 pm. I waited the first time until 5 pm then got a text that he couldn't make it. They rescheduled for a week later. I waited again until 5 pm. Got a text that they didn't have anyone to come out that day. They rescheduled then Brian came out. He is very nice. He had to reschedule for the next day because he didn't have the equipment he needed with him. He came and completed the job. I'm not sure I will use them again.
