Mixed Emotions
We filed a claim on our dishwasher, washer and dryer. It seemed everything was going on the blink at the same time! The technician, Steven, came first and fixed our dishwasher, even staying late to finish, which was much appreciated!! The technician scheduled to fix our dryer NEVER SHOWED UP and DID NOT EVEN CALL, that was very inconvenient as we waited all day and into late evening. Steven came the next, he was scheduled to check out our washer. There was an intermittent squeak and did not happen and he said everything checked out, just keep an eye on it. He went above and beyond and fixed our dryer while here., again very much appreciated. I hate dealing with the recordings that address on standard question and do not allow you to explain your problem. I tried several numbers and almost always got the same recording. I WANT TO TALK TO A PERSON!!!!!!
