Washer repair.
Our tech Keith was very professional, answered all our questions and within minutes knew what the problem was. He tilted the machine up, worked underneath and replaced the broken part. Apparently the machine was not assembled correctly from the factory, thus the failure of the part in question. Our washer never worked this good from day 1, due to improper assembly from the factory.:. We can finally wash our clothes and have them get clean, it now agitates.
