professional and knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a part which was delivered very quickly. Since the first visit was in October, I am glad he was able to finally get to our house to install the part on Monday, Dec. 16. I believe this 2 month delay must have been caused by dispatch or some other scheduling error. We were originally scheduled 2 other days between November and December 16. Inconveniently, after we waited for most of EACH day for the technician to come, the appointment was cancelled late in the day, even though it showed on the schedule that we were on his route. Merry Christmas.

Great person to deal with, professional and courteous. Company needs to employ a second person to help with lifting. He could not perform his job as he needed another person to move the stacked washer and dryer. I am going to have to hire someone out of pocket to help me move the units out so he can come back and do his repairs. Not real happy as I bought a 5 year in home warranty. I don't buy an extended warranty at a car dealership and have to remove the seats so the technician can replace the seat motor. Very disappointed in that with Sears. Not the technicians fault this is on Sears.
