Not good
Not sure if it was service man or Sears fault but it took from June 14 to August 23 for Sears to fix the washing machine. I was told the part would never show up and they had to keep reordering it. It was not a special part , just a standard part that could be in in just a couple of days. Terrible!!!! I had a total of 10 service appointments in these 10 weeks. Crazy!!!

Still not working
Eli was very nice and very professional. Unfortunately, the dishwasher is not fixed. The cycle ran and nothing was cleaned at all.

Did not fix my problem
Replaced a lid lock and did not test the system. Lid will not lock and washer will not drain or spin out

Horrible - problem not resolved.
He told me my dryer was working fine when he left. I did a load of laundry, and after running the dryer for a couple of hours, my clothes STILL aren't dry! Someone else needs to come and fix my dryer so it actually dries!

Not satisfied
The issue with my refrigerator wasn't investigated. Just said "well it's not doing it now" and that was it. Didn't receive any call on what the plan for the future was.

Tech was ok but doubt the company could fix a skateboard!
If you're stuck with A&E to repair an appliance you have my sympathy. You CANNOT speak with anyone, schedules are between 8 and 5 so it will cost you a full day off work IF they can get parts! Over TWO months they shipped two parts from a return center. Both arrived damaged. So they reordered, one of the parts showed up but again was broken. Other part never showed up. Going through my warranty company I go hold of AE many times to let them know parts were broken. Repeatedly lied to that parts were expedited, parts were reordered, the tech would bring them. After multiple shots at this they decided it was not worth their time and was now unrepairable.....
