Washer service
Service was great, and it seemed to help alittle but washer is still shaking pretty bad sounding off balance and now making a squeaking noise, is there someone who could please give me a call to get Eli or someone back out to look at it

Still broken
The dishwasher is still leaking water all over my kitchen floor

Not the best experience
Technician left the vent hose and booster unattached when he left! He also showed up 45min-1hr after I got the text that he was on his way. We've been waiting three business days to get our dryer fixed. Ans all they could give me was an 8-5 window. I tried to call but got no answer and the Sears number was no help either. Just a phone tree!

dissapointed
he did his checks found nothing. I'm not sure he understood the problem. After he left I ran two loads of wash only to find out the problem was still there. There was no proper diagnoisis of the problem therefore I still have a broken washer. wasted my money. Next time I will be sure I speaking to someone local for my service that I can call back. Speak to someone other than the receipitionist scheduling appointments.

The man that came today was great. He was a 5+ In and out. Great jopo The man that came 2 weeks ago was a -1 did not do a thing and what they did today I ask the one two week ago about doing what he did today he told me they couldn't do that

LG Dryer will not dry
This is his second visit Same old answer-tge vent is the issue or maybe the plug Nothing wrong with the dryer so he says.. It does not dry It dried for over a year and now it won't unless you use the manual setting The sensor side does not work We have replaced the vent and will replace the plug Not impressed
