Only issues were on the day originally scheduled there was a problem with being able to take payment. Appointment was rescheduled for a week later. No fault of the technician, but was without a dryer for another week due to a technical issue. You would think this company would have an alternative when this occurs. So when the technician was allowed to make the service call, it was diagnosed, technician had no parts, although I initially sent in the model and serial number supposedly so the technician would have the repair parts when he arrived, well diagnosed with thermal cutout failure, common issue on all dryers. Technician did not have parts, had to wait a week for parts to arrive then another week for technician to be scheduled to install. All in all I was without a dryer for a month waiting on parts that were supposed to be with the technician when he arrived initially. Again the technician was great all these issues were beyond his control.

When you call you will get someone you can't understand. They will try to sell you a home warranty and will not take no for an answer. You will make an appointment and they will never show up. Don't waste your time with these people.

I have been without an oven way too long. you had a stupid robot call first and of course it ordered wrong part. Finally got technician there and he ordered correct part. but could not get him back to fix. have been without oven about 3 months. technician was fine but getting him there royally sucked. i am extremely upset with the service I pay for monthly!! Not sure i will continue with it or not

We have tried to have a stove fixed for months sorry service and will never buy anything Frigidaire again
