EDIT After a lot of time in automated phone hell, I was able to get rescheduled, and the same tech came back out. He was able to correct the problem fairly quickly and my washer is now operational. CAVEAT: Sears customer service has been truly awful this whole time; I would give them 0 stars if I could. It's basically impossible to talk to a human, and you end up in an infinite loop with a robot who can't solve your problem. ------- ORIGINAL My service tech was timely and professional, but as soon as I tried to use my washing machine (within 30 minutes of him leaving) I got the exact same error code that I had been getting before the repair. My follow up recall appointment wasn't entered correctly, and instead of correcting it in the system, the new tech just deleted my appointment and canceled on me. I spent 45 minutes trying to get this corrected, just going around and around the automated menu when I called customer support. I have a third attempt at repair tomorrow, but I'm starting to lose faith that this will ever get corrected, and I'll probably just have to buy a new washer. But probably not from Sears.

Robert was my technician he was very thorough up front and honest the problem is Sears itself appointments made no one shows calls changing appointments at the last minute I canceled my home warranty I'll go with another company won't use them again for sure
