Adam was very much the Best tech I experienced. He was like the old original hard working, happy to explain anything I needed to know. Very Patient workaholic man. I felt secure and very much pleased with his work. I will only ask for him always ! Sears needs to give him a raise !!! Thank you thank you. :)
