My technician Darryl was great he explained what he was doing every step of the way. He thought it was something major at first then he tried one more thing. This solved the problem. He checked several times to make sure everything was ok. I am so thankful because things have been a little difficult for me. This was my first time using Cinch which sent Sears Appliances and I am satisfied. Thank you all!
