GE DRYER REPAIR

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY CORDIAL AND PROFESSIONAL. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND PROPERLY DIAGNOSED THE DRYER ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE TOOK HIS TIME TOO CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF AND THANKED ME FOR MY MILITARY SERVICE. I THANKED HIM FOR HIS SERVICE AS WELL.

Knowledgeable technician, awful comm system

We were having trouble with our new phone so I had to update my contact number. I did this 5 or so days ago but it didn't change in your system. I did this a couple of more times but system didn't catch up. This led to missed appointments not the fault of your tech guy. Can't talk to a person is a huge problem.
