Great technician

We were pleased with Christopher, but it took so long to get the appliance repaired. We paid, the part was ordered, then it seemed to take so long to complete the repair. The timing needs to be a little more accurate than "between 8am & 5pm!" At least he did finally text us to say he was on the way.

Jimmy is an excellent tech. In our case the fridge is a lemon. Repaired 7 times and still having the same problem, running 50+ degrees in the fridge compartment. We're hoping Sears can help us with repair / replacement

Great service by Christopher to get the repair handled

When Christopher came on Sept. 18th to repair the washing machine, one of the parts had not come in. He called around n tracked down where it was, made sure it would be delivered by the next day and said he would be back. He was a man of his word. Stayed for hours, replacing parts, cleaning up the debris inside the drum and made sure it was working before he left. I had been having problems with my washer since mid July so I was very happy to finally have it repaired. There was a long delay in procuring parts which was the fault of the company, not the repairman. I appreciated Christopher.
