Jesse diagnosed our old fridge, found the issue: a misaligned drawer that prevented the door from closing properly; which led to the refrigerator freezing up ... He fixed the problem & showed m to properly align the crisper frame. The small service fee saved me hundreds -- well done, Jesse!
